Yet another bogus call from "Credit Card Services" promising to lower my interest rate. Caller could barely speak English and was extremely difficult to understand, so I assume they were calling from India, Jamaica, Nigeria, or some other foreign country notorious for trying to scam "dumb Americans". This number is listed as belonging to a George Oren in Lancaster, OH, so this scammer is obviously using a spoofed number.
