Same as above. Funny thing is my cell number was confirmed hacked today by my carrier, so now I will be getting calls for a while wondering why I'm calling people I don't know. Since I don't answer unknown numbers I put the hack message at the beginning of my greeting.
Same as others reported with leaving a message to contact to get my utility credit. Ours comes through our rural electric co as a quarterly, so this is definitely a scam. Caller blocked.
Using an App called SlyDial now. Phone doesn't ring and leaves the same voice message about this number and Utilities. Try blocking 267-759-3425 if it happens to you see if this helps. That is the SlyDial number. Funny, the day I confirmed with my carrier my number was hacked I started getting this call.
