received an after hours call from "Mark Kald" stating he was a patient of record & having pain following RCT 5 days ago. called pain Rx in & on Mon. when we looked patient up to update his records, there was no such patient & we found this online after doing a search of the phone number he gave.
It appears that someone is calling several doctors and or dentists to obtain pain meds. This number is showing up on caller ID. Please call 740-354-DRUG(3784) is you have information about this number.
