This number calls just to validate your number is in service, no one says anything when they call most likely a computer

calls doesn't say anything, just hangs up

Male caller asking for whoever handles the AT&T line for this business. I told them it's a residential number and guy hung up.

Just received the second call from them today.  They just hang up as soon as you answer.  They waste our time.  As you know every time you answer the phone it takes you away from something else.  Sure would like to know who they are so we could send them a bill.

Caller id says "OHIO CALL"  just dead silence after answering.
