i got the same call from Austin reed about a cash loan that i owed 2250 and he send me to account recv to speak to a Christne Johnson about the payment .I am so glad something told me to check it out .They had me once i spoke to a Michelle Morris before about a previous loan and i paid i should of checked more into it.Is that i was so scared when they said they were going to arrest me i got 3 kids i have to take care of but now i feel more comfortable reading this i will ignore there calls.
Heather; i think we should get together, call the toll free no i mentioned, and also tell them to call them, so they aware we are together, and they will be caught one day.It's so ignoring and scare. I dont know why these people still survive and no one can do anything about it even we knew they exist, They might knew about that, that's why they kept changing name now,too when they call people.
The plot thickens... I called the 800 number above (thanks, Angel!) and reported this activity. On a whim, I called the (740) number back from my employer, which provides a scrambled outgoing phone number (to provide a bit of anonymity for myself). Twice, a gentleman identifying himself as 'Officer Mike' answered. The third time, an answering service naming the group as "Federal Crimes Enforcement Network" message picked up. I left a VERY angry message. Just a note: This happened to me with another phone number, identifying themselves as Federal Crimes Enforcement Network... FCEN is a government agency (look them up), working out of Washington, D.C. (Your first line of attack, after doing a reverse phone number look-up to see if they're calling from a cell phone is to identify the city/state the call is coming from. In this case, the (740) number is from Ohio... definitely NOT FCEN). After my first encounter, I contacted FCEN Directly, to make sure there wasn't a legitimate claim against me. A very nice gentleman called me back and confirmed that FCEN would NEVER contact an individual directly, and anything from them (again, for businesses and NEVER for individuals) would appear in writing, via certified mail. They are legit, and this poser group of scam artists are NOT. Please don't fall victim to them.
Heather; i think we should get together, make them aware we file complaint, i file to Illinois consumer report, someone is following up on this case, and let them know the date, time and what the name are they using, and keep on calling the other no i mentioned, they will help, but dont use ur office no to call back, or call them back, they might stop for a while, but for sure two months or few months later, they will use another area to call again. and let ur employer know, otherwise, u might make ur employer think u really owned people money, and they will yell at ur coworker trust me, these people are devil,and thief, we should get together to stop them, although police cant stop them, but more people report them to the consumer complaint and 800 no, then 800 lawyer helps us to call them back. they changes name all the time as they knew we reported and try to arrest them seriously. We are innocient, and we didnt own them any money. even real payday loan, they wont do like this, and i did my investigation with real pay day loan, but they cant do anything, they even helps me to call them back, but they will say we really owned them money and they have our case no and file no. so bad. how can we get out of this nightmare? We need to get together and pray and report them/
I just received the same message from a lady and she told me to contact a lady named Michelle Morris at this number 740-996-1943 at extension 1010. The lady said if I didn't want to be arrested in public, go to the local sheriff department. She claim she was from the Illinois State Police Department.
Thank you for the information. I have received various calls from these people and one time they even claimed to be from the Law offices of Larry Parker. This was a scam because I actually talked to a lawyer from this office. The names they gave were fake and the man had a Indian accent. The lawyer I formed me that they received calls from all over the country.
