They call me too, a minimum of 15+ times a day and each time I tell them to remove my number and do not call me again!! They even called me 3 times within a 15 minute span after I told them after the initial first 5 calls they made, within the same hour, I said told them this is a form of harassment. I haven't blocked there number yet because I am going to file harassment charges against them because they literally call me about every 15 minutes... literally!!! Maybe They'll have to pay for my "pain and suffering" from there constant harassment.

So, instead of blocking them, you are what, trying to rack up calls for a lawsuit? Well that won't work because you failed to mitigate your damages. But even so, you have to know who is calling and where they are located to serve them. You are also using the wrong law for your upcoming suit as well.
Keep receiving phone calls regarding Health Insurance-and lower rates. I have told them numerous times to stop calling me, I'm not interested. I asked for a Supervisor and they hung up on me... Now they just call and hang up... People are about to get cussed out. Over this BS!!!
