Who called from 7572555440

Called me and said they where "Home Restoration" and wanted to give me an estimate for new cutters and roof.
I live 3 hrs from this numbers area code region.

Called the number back and didn't even ring, just hangs up after about 30 sec and get  automated message saying call not be completed.

Never stops calling. I had to just block them.

Calls repeatedly after being told to stop calling.  My number is on the do not call registry.
