Called didn't leave a message

Spoofed number.  I called it back and got the "not a working number" message.  Blocked it!

Either a telemarketer or scam.

Caller ID from Virginia Beach, VA.  Asked for me by name (with a heavy Indian accent) said he was from some "National Health" organization (I didn't quite get the full name).  Then asked how I was and I replied (using my own heavy Indian accent) "I'm healthy, thank you".  His response was "Good, stay that way" and hung up.

Guy had no sense of humor at all.....  ;-)
