Who called from 7573464278

Didn't answer, no message left. CallerID said "Courtland, VA" I get a lot of calls from 757-346-**** numbers. First time I've seen this particluar number.

The first thing they said was "Can you hear me"
That's the latest scam.
Do not answer, just hang up

Same. Most of the time they leave no message. Left one today that was 3 secs of static... BLOCK

A scrambled msg that did not sense.

They said my online registration was a winner for a cash card to Target or WalMart or some other retailer.  I never registered for anything so I'm guessing SCAM
