The robo-calling is so persistent, that the only way to shut these operations down seems to be by locking up the Verizon executives who rent these operations the numbers, knowingly facilitating and enabling all of these scams, frauds and the endless harassment, then go after the perps (who are well known to Verizon, as they want heir monthly payments on time). Called at 12:00 on Thursday PM. Didn't answer, left no message. I live in Chicago and know no one in VA. Get about 2-3 unknown numbers calling my cell per day, new ones each time.
