It is unlawful within the FTC's fraudulent, unfair, deceptive, abusive acts, practices for a charity fundraiser to be collecting monies in those states requiring registration or even calling as another organization. I didn't find Innovative Teleservices Inc registered in Florida, Washington or Massachusetts. But I am interested in their call center usage / outsourcing / deceptive business acts and practices.
