Never say "yes" to anything from callers you don't know, and don't bother with any "press 2 to be removed from our list" crap, either. That only confirms a "live" number for them to misuse later and/or to sell to other spammers. If you're on the National Do-Not-Call Registry, they're not supposed to be calling you anyway. And at some later date, what's to prevent them from saying "He (or she) pressed 2, which means they gave permission to keep calling with new offers"?
It's good to have technology that will block these garbage calls, but ti's annoying to get the calls even once, then block them. But what we really need is something that sends 50,000 volts into the spam caller's phone. That should discourage 'em.
Called, no message left. Location said Hull, MA. I don't answer the phone if I'm not expecting a call and I don't recognize the number so....blocking this one based on comments here!
