I understand your frustration with these SCUMBAG telemarketers! However, 800notes is just a site to let other people know about what these SLIMEBALLS are up to. It helps others know who to block & which numbers are absolutey up to no good. I doubt they care what we say about them!
I made the mistake, once, of filling out an online questionaire. Now, my phone gets blown up with unwanted calls. I know some phones are able to block incoming calls as you wish, but mine does not. I have been using a free app, "Mr. Number" & it has worked like a charm. They have a couple features I like; the pick up & hang up, blocking out entire area codes, and a message board. It's always not perfect. Sometimes a call will get through even though you have blocked the number. I guess these companies find ways around blocker apps. For the most part, I've been pleased with "Mr. Number".
If you find that this number is harassing you, report them! Hope this helps & if you have any other annoying/harassing callers, post it on this site. It really helps the rest of us to be on the look out!

Mr. Number is a great app, unfortunately you can only use it with Android phones, Apple won't let them in for the iPhone and there's no app like it for Vonage either. I did use it when I had a Galaxy and have talked with them a couple times since I moved to the iPhone but Apple is pretty controlling and won't let them even develop for the iPhone. Which is too bad because it was the best app I ever had.
