sometimes no one answers when you pick up the phione....many calls per day from Cambridge Ma. wen to web site as instructed to deactivate my tele. no. & there is nothing there indicating how to do it. very frustrating.

They call, I ignore, they hang up on voice mail, i still ignore. The it starts all over withing hours. I get more calls from nobody than I get from anybody. If it was a legit survery of consequence they'd either snail mail or email it. The last time I answered a phone survey was in the early 80's.
