I also received a call from a man, stating that he is calling me "again", he never called me before, then at the end he states it's about my daughter, and knows her name, which is scary. The number he called from is 781-246-4300

This is a legit debt collection agency. The calls also come in as robo-calls from 800-200-4346. I'm sure they will try anyone they can find to get in touch with the person they are trying to reach. In my case it was my former sister-in-law. I called this number (not the 800 number) and told them I wanted to know who they were trying to find, they took my number and found out which operator was in charge of the account. I was put through to her line and left a vmail to please call me back personally (no robo-call) and tell me who they were trying to find. She called, told me the name, I said it wasn't me and she said she would take my number off the list. I NEVER GAVE HER MY NAME. We'll see if I get any more calls.
