This is obviously a hired third party telephone scam company. The alleged name of the company is "SantanderSurvey tel # (781) 291-3450." They allege to conduct surveys and the recording states "CANNOT REVEAL THE NAMES OF THE CLIENTS WHO SPONSOR OUR RESEARCH PROJECTS." This means that there are sponsoring interested third party [***] heads in the background gathering information from people who they ask for by name for purposes of gathering intelligence and character profiling. 7812913450 Callerid says "Santander Survey". I picked up once and when female caller asked for someone by name, I said he was not there. She asked when he would be back and was told I did not know. I asked for her number and what this was about. She said it was a customer satisfaction survey and said she would call back another time. We do not pick up these calls but they are incessant, calling at all different times, including weekends and late evening.

Just got a call today from the exact same number. She stated her name was Nina and asked for someone in our household. She said she was conducting a survey for Santander Bank and wanted to speak with this person who had one else has the account. Also this person asked for her by her first name when a telemarketer calls they address the person by first and last. She also stated that this person had been at the bank just this week. This person doesn't conduct any business with this bank. Someone else can the family conducts the business with Santander Bank. I immediately contacted Santander Bank and mad them aware of what had happened. This person lives in Duxbury MA and is using a cell phone. This is not the first time this bank has had problem with Verizon phone customers. Just two years ago I received a call on the same landline that my ATM card had been called and if I wanted to proceed press !. Luckily my daughter who answered the phone contacted me at work and I contacted Santander. I was told that this was not the first time this had happened and that they were aware of the problem. Funny this bank just keeps on giving with scammers. Nina if your out there and reading this I have reported you and your days are numbered!!!!!!!
This is the 5th time I got a call from this number and I finally picked up so the phone would stop ringing. Some survey for planned parenthood giving out false information about the "services they offer". Thankfully iPhone had a Block Caller option. Wish I'd used it sooner.
