had calls to my home and cell phone with messages; call is an automated survey request from UnitedHealthcare's Coordination of Benefits Department wanting to find out if you have additional health insurance coverage outside of UHC.
Called my work, picked up in the middle of a recorded message. Noted the number and called it back. Asked if I was someone that doesn't work here, and informed the recorded "Linda" that they have the wrong number. Stated they are with United health Care.
Definitely United Health. Unfortunately, if you call back as I did (from another phone), you'd better have your "8 digit number" handy to find out why they called. The automaton will cycle endlessly, asking for it, insisting on it, saying it doesn't match (even if you only scream "I want to talk to a human!"), and will NOT eventually route you to an operator as most systems do.
