Chimney sweep solicitation. They called back in December multiple times per day every day. Same as other callers. If no one answered, no voicemail was left. If I did answer, they tried to sell me services. I told them I was on the do not call list, and the woman indicated they would take me off their list. Tonight I received the first call in several months...at 8:45pm. I told the guy on the other end of the line to stop calling because I am on the DNC list. I also told him it was unacceptable to be calling me so late. He told me the DNC list does not apply to them and that they are just trying to make a living. I hung up on him. He told me he was from the Chimney Sweeps. If it is a living that is trying to be made, they should really become a member of Angie's List or advertise through Groupon.
Overall the calls seem a little stalkerish. They seem to happen when one would anticipate vacations to be taken....Christmas, returns from Spring break...
