Bumbling tele-scammer called, stuttered thru my 1st name twice, then called me Mr. ___ twice, introduced himself as "Hi my name is [imperceptible] calling from [my town] Kids." Then he hung up.
This person keeps calling, despite my pleas to have him remove my number from his list. He is rude, and probably unstable. Is there any way to stop him?
