I got a similar call. They asked for me by a name I haven't gone by in years. When they stated something about a "legal complaint" I asked who made the complaint. They would not say. They tried to give me a number to call. When I said I wouldn't be calling anyone and wanted whatever information to be mailed to me, they claim that nothing would be mailed. It all seems very suspicious for me.
I received same message as above. Wondering, if any/all of you have Blue Cross health insurance?? I do, and my information was part of the "security breach" that was reported recently.
I just received the same message stating they will only make two attempts to deliver documents to me and that I must provide valid ID. I am not calling the number back especially now that I just read all of these posts. PS I have BCBS insurance...I wonder if it is part of the breach.
I have a message on my answering machine saying they will try three times to serve a formal complaint for an eviction. I have been living in senior housing for the past two years and just last week signed a new lease. I doubt very much that I am being evicted.
