They claim to be issuing refunds for NSTAR. I am convinced these are fraudulent calls and have asked them 3 times to stop calling, but mostly they hang up on me. When I actually answer, a recording says "press 1 to accept." I have not pressed 1 to accept. It's gotta be a scam of some kind.
