I guess the person tries to call but dials wrong numbers and since they cannot really speak english they hung up and this sounds impolite to the rest of us... I am sure that they are not hacking any sites... as someone on another site suggested ... God bless u

i got a call from this number and the message left was that i was not available for a phone hearing regarding my license to operate a motor vehicle in the State of MAINE. 781 is a MASSACHSETTS area code. WTF? i called the 207 number left in the msg and was told that they would page the person and have them call me back. WTF, everything is outsourced now...
