I received another call last night. Checking the White Page internet directory, this number is registered to RCN Telecom Services from Lexington, MA. Does that sound familiar to anyone? I never heard of them.
It is a relpy about a survey concerning a recent order that you placed. I was not completely satisfied with the order and I said so in the survey. VistaPrint is calling you back to correct the problem. They don't want to leave a message because they are trying to be nice and talk to a real person. They aren't being ugly nor is it a sales pitch.
This was from Vistaprint saying my payment didn't go through. They left this number to call back and talk to someone: 866-811-1674
Was a legit call for me. Hope this helps someone

Relax people - many companies hire third parties to conduct neutral surveys of their customer support and sales process. The law states you can call 3x per day or leave one message per day.
