this number 781-680-5327 calls and when I pick up no one says anything, just hear a bunch of typing in the background. They seem to call the same time almost every day. I want the calls to stop.
Called my landline this Sunday at 1314 hours. A woman with a thick accent, speaking in a rush, said she was calling from a non-bipartisan organization and wanted to know if I would be voting for a governor in November. I didn't feel like being asked more questions so I told her I would not. She very politely thanked me and wished me a great day before disconnecting.
This is a political message with a man speaking with a very ignorant sounding Boston accent. He goes on to say how we are all fed up with political robo calls - yet this is one! Not sure who the genius was who finalized approval on this nonsense. I will go out and vote, against the people I suspect are behind this call.
What you need to do is tell them you do not want to receive their calls, and make sure you do a opt out with all the political parties. Then, if you receive calls, go that persons web site and under their contact us page, write them and tell them to place you on their internal dnc list and also there is a political do not call you can sign up for. I did and also tell them to use that list and give them the url for it. I have not gotten any calls for years now. Not even political survey's. So it does help to follow the steps.

The other thing that will help, if you have a cell phone, if it doesn't already have call blocking, there are free call blocking apps online you can get for some phones. If you have a land line, google call blocking devices. There are phones also available with call blocking but they do not hold as many numbers as devices do. Many of the devices run around 50.00 or less. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
