This man (Brian Scott) which is not his real name is buying "dirty" old debt and trying to collect on them illegally! He is calling from a prepaid cellphone and has no authority to collect ANY money from you so please file a complaint so this doesn't happen to anyone.

Man by the name of Martin Moore (obviously not real name) is calling my office about some fake law suit. He blows up every single line possible and is ridiculously rude. He has all my information and has no reason to be calling me.
They have done tied up our lines at our company for days. We have reported them to the Attorney General, the FTC, our local police department and our phone carrier. We also have verified that their carrier is Verizon. This is a computer calling and clogging our phone lines. I am told nothing can be done and to just quit speaking with them and that it will fizzle out. It is my understanding this is a complete scam. Our person is named Mike Stone from BFF Investigations Department. Their target is Canada and the US. They are from another country, we are thinking India. They wanted one of our employee's to wire money. What started out as a $50.00 debt ended up over $700.00. They also misrepresented themselves 3 times. We are being called liars, fools and have been threatened to be slapped. We are documenting any conversations. Does this ever end????????? I hear the phone companies and police departments get dozens of these complaints per day!!!!!!!
These ppl kept calling my job for over an hr tying up all the lines & I work in a medical office this guy was saying I got a payday in 2011 & that I owe them I never had a payday loan In my WHOLE LIFE & for me to wire them some money. Where did these ppl get my # from they are a bunch of scammers He said his name was Brian Scott and then said his name was Robert Ruda these ppl are just SCAMMERS they wont get me they have better chance in winning the lottery
