Who called from 7818100509

No message, called back and got computer voice saying "if you want to be removed from our calling list, please press "1".

I am a Bostonian who was just called by this "Waltham" number.  I was reading your comments on it even before the phone stopped ringing.  Thank you for the information.  I NEVER pick-up the phone unless I know the caller ID.

I called back the number and told them not to call .

Fast talking female recorded voice talking about "the important notice you received regarding your electric bill".   Go away, telemarketer.   Also, when I hung up it did not drop the line right away so they are breaking the law there too.
