This number is CCA, they handle my student loan which went into default. I've never been late on a payment since setting up the plan with them, however they still leave me messages every month saying they've made changes to my plan and that I need to call them. When I call they just say they wanted to remind me my payment is due.
Repeated calls by this or these individuals. Believed to be CCA. Made arrangements with them via mail to repay a debt from a college in installments. Advised further that they should cease with unwanted calls.
received a call from a Mr. Rojas - caller id was CCA with number 781-871-8274. he left a toll free number 877-611-1815 x4144 and message was that this was a personal matter concerning w. smith. I called and was put on hold for 10 mins. I hung up and called back - got someone named Paul - who asked for an account number which I gave 6185356- he then asked if I lived at 1022 Oregon Avenue - I proceeded to tell him I never had - he said oh I guess we called the wrong w smith. I asked what the letters CCA stood for - and he would not give an answer - I told him he'd hear from my attorney regarding harrassment. Any info greatly appreciated.
