Received a call from this telephone number. No message was left. Anonymous callback reached a Verizon intercept saying that my call could not be completed as dialed.
Caller ID says "Peter Muise". I pick up but say absolutely nothing (not even "hello"). After a pause the caller identifies himself as Joe from North American Chimney. I remain silent. They hang up.
I am on the federal do-not-call list, so this cold call is violating the law.
Also had a call from this number, also identified as "Peter Muise". Did not answer it, and it went to VM. The only distinguishing feature of this call from just another "junk call" was that they (it?) called back a second time within a few hours. Thought it might have been something I should follow up on ... after reading these threads, obviously not. Thanks for doing the "spade" work for me.
