These people call and state that they are "The Chimney Company" and they'll be in your area this week. THey'll come to you and clean the chimney for the same 1/2 price as "the others". I asked, who are "the others" this threw the "sales"person into a tizzy, then I asked, who is "The Chimney Company", this sent her even further into clueless-ness. She babbled on about "american energy savers", and I said, this sounds like a load of bull@#^$, beware of this ambiguous call, they are scammers! Nobody legitimate will call with such loose info about who they are and pretend they'll be in your area, yeah-they're really doing you a favor! sure. By the way, we are on the do not call registry, so I'm keeping the caller id logs intact for fining purposes.
