Scumbag telemarketer that I suspect is calling (in this case) on behalf of a local golf course my guess is that it is a spammer trying to sell advertising for the golf course so they can get free menus, greens cards etc with paid advertisers. It is a crappy way to market any business, there will be ZERO leads received from such a program.
