Caller ID is "Charleston MA".  They leave no message.

I call back (using *67 to block my number).  I hear the following, "We're sorry; the number you have dialed has been changed or is not in service.  For a valuable message from one of our sponsors, please, stay on the line while we retrieve this information for you.  We're starting the search now.  Again the number you dialed is not in service.  To learn more about XXX, press 1."  I press nothing.  They continue, "Again, to learn more about XXX, press 1."  I again press nothing.  They continue,  "Goodbye."  The following repeats 3 times,  "We're sorry your call did not go through.  Will you, please, hang up and try your call again.  Framingham Tops."  Then they hang up.

I googled "Framingham Tops", but I found nothing.

So they spoof their caller ID and can't be called back.  Smells like a SCAM.

I have received a message like this in the past.  Pressing the key for more information yielded nothing.  Perhaps this is to detect the "live ones", and then sell my number.  I wonder if they would try to sell me a product.  I expect the cost would be cheap.  They would then take my money, and the product would never arrive.
