I'm on the do not call list and this number called me advertising rug cleaning!  Upon call back their number is "not in service".

One ring, hang up.

called, did not answer, upon call back they were out of service

They left me a voicemail (truncated at the start) about some sort of cleaning service. The message said to hit 1 to make an appointment. Very very annoying.

One ring. Answered. No response.

Trash marketing scouting for numbers that no doubt. There ought to be a law.
