Got a message from someone named " Charlene " stating that she needed to discuss some paperwork that was sent to me with Personal Information on it.
Her Number on my caller ID was (781) 995-4599.
She asked me to respond to her by calling 1-800-393-6003.
I Googled the 800 number and found it to be a SCAM. if you dial the number it directs you to call 10-15-15-800. I read that if you do so, your phone bill will be billed extra for a service provided by ILD.
In short, Don't bother calling " Charlene " back as she never picks up or her line is busy!
This number 781-995-4599 belongs to ILD Telecommunications a division of ILD Corp. A little seaching of ILD Telecommunications finds they are a bunch of scam artists, that try to slip additional charges onto your phone bill for services you neither authorized nor requested. My recommendation would be not to answer their calls or return them. Especially since they are more than likely violating the Do Not Call law.
