Just received call from this number, Caller ID showed "Ruther Glen, VA".  Did not answer, came here to see if any complaints.  I guess we're the first ones on their call list.  We do not answer these calls and if it's an outside area code, I've been unplugging phone so they get endless ring instead of answering machine.  Would block, but there are too many from too many different numbers and we've exceeded our blocking as it is.
