The usual - 5 rings and out; no voicemail. Called before 8 AM on a Saturday - my sleep-in day. Grrrrr. Naturally, I didn't answer. The telephone number is a landline located in the city of Warsaw in Richmond County Virginia. Of course with the computer programs these scammers use allowing one to choose his own phone number and how his caller ID reads, they could actually be anywhere. I've even gotten calls with my own name and number as a caller ID. By the way, septic tank cleaning chemicals are available at your local grocery or hardware store - probably a lot cheaper there too.
Got a call at 8:50 this morning but missed it. Checked voice mail and found a partial message about septic tanks. I live where I have city sewer system. Not a septic tank anywhere near me.
Do not call lists are for LEGIT telemarketers not scammers. If anything scammers use these lists to get your number and the result is MORE scam calls. Invest in a call blocker, over time it'll be more effective than the DNC list.
