Cid  says Petersburg ,Va. The answer machine is set not to accept calls if it's someone I know then I answer if not you are SOL.

Phone call @ 19:23 EDT   Did not recognize the number nor know any one in Petersburg, VA.   Did not answer.   Voice main is  male oice that just said hello with silence after and then a hangup.
