A scam recording comes on "We have made several attempts to reach you (A BIG FAT LIE) "This is your final courtesy call before we are unable to lower your credit card interest rate. Press 1 to speak to the Member Services Dept. OR press 2 and your eligibility to lower your interest rate will expire." DON'T PRESS ANYTHING-IT'S A SCAM-BLOCK THEM, AS I DID!!
