They called me & didn't say anything

They say it is for vehicle warranty extension but you can not get a human on the phone.  And, you can not direct dial the number

The IDIOT calls my phone everyday and say nothing. I try calling back but cannot get through. it will not ring. Wish I Can talk to the animal.

Don't call them back, just block and ignore their calls.
