Robo-called number from another refi agent, very unprofessional. Blocked. We will not give anyone any personal data or credit card numbers for "fees" over the phone to "expedite the application process." Who knows whether any of the dozens of calls we have received from every Quacken Loan agent imaginable is legitimate or not. If it takes dozens of rabid dogs calling repeatedly, then they are likely not legit. We already went to our local bank and got a very satisfactory deal, were treated with courtesy and respect, and were even thanked by the bank officer for our continued loyalty and business.
One last note- this number is really on the Blackstone VA exchange, although Caller Id says Richmond VA. Could be a pirated number, as the directory shows 804-298-7439 is assigned to a private individual (who actually could be the Quacken Loans agent).
