Who called from 8043138158

Received a call from  this number,  didn't  answer and  no message was left.  Gets lots of scams  calls.

Called my cell this afternoon. Didn't recognize the number so I didn't pick up. No message was left. Number is now blocked.

Same experience as most, long recording claiming to be State Police Association. Starnge though, while listening to recording got a second call from same number, put first on hold and answered. That second line was another recording telling me i will be connected shortly to next available agent, i hung up both.
