Called 3 days in a row, between 530pm and 6pm. I didn't recognize the number, which showed as "Richmond". No messages left. Its 100% if the caller ID shows a locality instead of a name its a voice-spammer, using either VOIP based tech like Skype or equivalent, or a pre-paid cell. I am getting two or three calls a day like this. Hindu drug sales, political campaigns, Nigerians pretending to be from Microsoft. Its ridiculous.

Great that technology has given scumbags so many new tools. (Not.) Didn't answer; no message left. Caller ID said VIRGINIA CALL. Blocked the number. It all rolls on.
