This number is associated with inmates at the VA Dept. of Corrections facilities in Powhatan County, VA. Inmates set up a Robocaller to dial every telephone number in Virginia. If you answer, they (1) have a legitimate number to sell or harass and (2) may or may not portend to be computer technicians who want your personal information. There is another such inmate scheme at the MD Dept. of Corrections in Waldorf, Maryland. Do not answer these calls (or any call you do not recognize). Report the calls to the US FTC. These scammers proliferate worse than ants.
