This number keeps messaging me very unpleasant messages. They will not tell me who they are. I keep ignoring it thinking they will stop be they dont. I'm getting scare because I don't know who it is. I wish I can find out so I can go to the police
Forward unwanted text messages to 7726 so that your carrier will block them. Also, never, ever click on a link as it will probably install something nasty to your phone that you really will not want to deal with.
Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.

Call Blocker
You need to buy a standalone call blocker, call blocking phone, use your carrier’s call blocker if they offer one, or download a free call blocking app for smart phones. For conventional cell phones, assign the number a letter like “z” and make no ring. You may also need to have your carrier increase the ring time to avoid having them leave a message on your voice mail.
