This number wants you to say "yes" - they act like they dropped their headset and asks if you are still there once you answer - do not say "yes" if you answer! If you call back, you get a busy signal

Discounted Cruise vacation Scam, I have been getting the same message for the past month after I block their number they just call from another one. Half of my Scam calls lately show as being from the Richmond Virginia area.
