Who called from 8044771806

Caller ID Richmond VA, left no msg.

Very noisy call center background noise.  Heavy middle eastern speaking male launched into script which is when I hung up and blocked further calls

Just got a call from "Richmond VA", but they hung up when my answering machine came on.  Another number to block.

Just like JohnBoy said, heavy/busy call center background noise. Someone with heavy Indian accent said he was from some senior center. I can tell a scam when I hear it (I seem to hear them all the time anymore), so I immediately hung up. Wish my phone could hold more than 30 blocked numbers.
