These are the same people as the ones who call from the number 757-849-1747.  They tell you that they need to know when you will be home, because legal documents need to be delivered to you. In other words, they are basically saying that you are about to get served!  When this second number called me, I just hung up on the guy. Only because I was in a meeting, and not able to Use my favorite go to Line, without every one hearing me.
It's a scam! Do Not answer the call, or if you do, hang up on them, but just Do Not give them Any information.
My favorite go to Line for these scammers now is:
I just skip all of these steps now, and go straight for their jugular if they keep calling (and they will, from Numerous different Numbers and area codes) I just tell them I am recording our conversation for my own protection (which is legal as long as both parties have been made aware of this recording) (this is Also Why these Scammers Never leave you a voicemail!) , it will after be transcribed and sent as a complaint of Harassment and "Scam calling" as well as a list of every phone number they've used to call me,  straight to the Attorney Generals office and to my Governor's office! ...End result...They hang up! And their calls do Stop!
Also, you may not have been "recording the call" but take notes, who they say they are(their name)

Notes on the conversation. Along with a list of the numbers they've called you about this same exact thing from.
And Look up your Governor's website, there should be a place there to complain about Scam calls. Contact the Attorney General either by Email, or Snail mail or A phone call, and Turn in your complaint against these people!

Remember...Many of us get put on these Do Not Call Lists to AVOID getting these kinds of calls!
The Attorney General and Your Governor need to be made Aware these Scammers are Still getting access to our Phone Numbers!
