Just received a call from this number. They call almost daily. Voicemail says I have a pending case in their office that does require immediate attention. It is imperative that they speak to either me or my attorney. If they don't hear from one of us they will document my file that I've waived my right to counsel and submit my case. It ends by saying "Cover yourself accordingly."
I have received this call. I called back. They said I owed a debt to an online loan company... from 2008!! It's 2017!! It was about $1000 with the fees and stuff, but I could pay $600 thru them and lessen the debt owed. I told them I didn't owe them anything and wouldn't be paying anything. The lady was respectful. She said that is fine... an attorney will be contacting me and "I will have my day in court." Pretty sure it's a scam. Not worried about it. But she did have specific info about me. She knew my mailing address, email address, and the last 4 of my social security. A bit scary.
