Who called from 8046203033

Recorded message asking for a call back pertaining to a legal issue.  Sounds like SPAM message.

Warrant out for my arrest. Before legal action is taken I must call that number.

Fake IRS scam, if you fall for it and aren't mentally handicap you deserve to have your money taken.

Got a call from this number stating that I owe money to the Irs and that there is a warrant out for my arrest, if I don't pay immediately then my property will be seized and I will be arrested and put in jail.
