Who called from 8046651475

called me 4 times same day about 10 days ago, has now called twice today.  Never leaves a message.

It's a company called "NCO Financial" and apparently they are associated with Capital One Credit Cards.

Got a call from this ph # 8:38am EDT. Caller ID says NCO FINL. 804 numbers are southeastern VA. No message. I have never had a Capital One Credit Card.

Called my number with an auto dialer (have i mentioned how much I despise autodialers) for someone that doesn't reside here. When I called them up they stated that they often call other numbers that would seem viable. Waste my time!
Ive been callng them because they seem viable to disrupt their day.
