Foreign sounding male individual, claiming to possess the means to solve computer virus infection (unsolicited call).

Appears to sound like an intelligent & trustworthy 3rd party Provider/Vendor.

(Seems like some-one of Asian/Indian and/or Unknown-Indeterminable origin, as of date, my  despite recent inquiry!)
